UPMARKET CHRISTMAS BALL
We wanted the full restaurant experience for a Christmas Ball, catering for 100 people and to be held in our stately home. JAE Catering, with a classically trained chef at the helm was the key to the success of the event.
In our initial consultation, we asked the chef to recreate the ‘Great British Christmas Dinner’ with some ostentatious flare. The result was some amazing food, that felt nostalgic yet exotic and far-exceeded the restaurant-level we were aiming for. The staff were polite, efficient and had clearly worked as a team before, handling the logistics of the event every step of the way.
Loved working with these guys – love their food even more and have already booked them again for our mid-summer and mid-winter events.
