James is an award-winning chef and head of the food team. Amelia—daughter, chief taster and cuddle supplier (has been known to give cuddles during service). Emma—wife, mother and boss to us all!

Family and food, go very much hand-in-hand and bringing people together, through food, is what we love to do. We've been in this industry for over 33 years, which means we have a vast wealth of experience and expertise between us.

James has a few culinary medals to his name and has headed up teams in a variety of forms; large banqueting hotels, multiple AA rosette country manors, Michelin guided gastro pubs, private members clubs in London and some of the top private schools in the country - so you can be sure that your catering is in safe hands.
